The call was made this evening during his field visit to Kakule subcounty. He named the sectors of roads, Education, health and community as the 04 key service deliverable areas.He asked the members to work as a team for improved service delivery.Mr. Mugolo also promised to conduct a meeting with all Primary Head teachers to address issues of performance following the recently released PLE examinations 2024.He further emphasized to all stakeholders to master their work quoting sections 43 and 65 of the Local Government Act.Hon. Mukono Tom, the Vice Chairperson encouraged the teachers to always do research due to the changing Education patterns and not stick to out dated information while teaching.According to the Assistant RDC, Mr. Magaja Steven, he attributed early pregnancies as one of the contributing factors to poor performance in schools.He warned parish chiefs against extorting money from the beneficiaries.He then tasked the LC1s to mobilize people to register their land so as to avoid land wrangles.The Assistant RDC asked members to support the ruling government.Among the challenges the subcounty faces included lack of a proper water source at Kakule P/S and lack of Board of Governors at Kakule seed school which the Head teacher is to address with the Education department while others are handled by the District like inadequate water sources.
