Assessors from the Office of the Prime Minister(OPM) in an entry meeting with the Heads of Departments,sector heads and the representatives from the 03 LLG's that were randomly selected by the team.The three LLG's comprised of Budaka Town Council,Kakoli Subcounty and Kabuna Subcounty.Each of these LLG's selected represented different categories that included; the best,middle and low performing Lower Local Governments.Acording to the assessors,they were conducting verification of the previous assessment results for the LLG's.They further informed members that the assessment exercise conducted was for learning purposess and fixing of gaps for better service delivery.
