Heads of Departments,Sector heads and selected LLG's in an exit meeting with the team from the Office of the Prime Minister on 6th December 2022 after a two days National Performance Assessment.While briefing members on their weak performing areas,the team leaders asked them to improve next time since assessment is a learning process and also tasked those with evidence of the documents that were missing during assessment to avail them by midday of the next day.The different assessors urged the members to improve in areas of record keeping of documents,appraisals of staff for Human Resource,Local revenue collection,meeting set deadlines as per the different guidelines,Procurement report and dating of documents under health among others.
