The LLG  performance assessment exercise that commenced today 7th September 2023 at Budaka Town Council  is expected to run up to  15th September 2023 at Kachomo Town Council across the various Lower Local Governments (LLG’s).While conducting the assessment exercise, the stakeholders were tasked to rectify their gaps with the district assessors within two days.The District assessors who were spearheaded by the District Planner, Mr. Kabise Shaban, tasked the Community Development Officers to come up with Performance Improvement Plans which will be followed up by the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer during her monitoring exercise.He also advised the LLG staff to ensure that they fill up the gaps identified by the district internal assessors before the external assessors from the Office of the Prime Minister Come.Budaka District is composed of 20 Lower Local Governments of which 06 are Town Councils and 14 are Sub counties respectively.
